As Executive Chef for Sea Temple in Palm Cove, Queensland, Shane developed a new style of food offerings and the highly acclaimed series of events known as “Temple of Tastes”.
Shane was then approached by Sofitel to become Executive Chef for their new Queenstown outpost where his love for local exploration and regional produce saw him redefine the food scene of Central Otago.
Shane then took post at Likuliku Lagoon Resort in Fiji where his daily changing menus utilising the finest local product saw Likuliku win many awards including Australian Luxury Travel Magazine’s “Best Overseas Resort”.
A post as Executive Chef for Sydney’s famous Wildfire followed, before Shane returned to Sofitel – this time as Executive Chef for Sofitel Krabi in Thailand.
As Executive Chef of Print Hall, Shane Watson creates modern and inspired menus for all outlets of the operation, from Small Print through to Bobs Bar on the rooftop.
