Guy has authored five esteemed cookbooks; ‘Love Italy’, ‘Recipes From My Mother’s Kitchen’, My Italian Heart’ and ‘Grossi Florentino: Secrets and Recipes’, Italian Food Safari with Meave O’Meara.
Guy is an ambassador for Melbourne and has been honoured with a Melbourne Award to recognise his dedication to raise the profile of Melbourne throughout Australia and abroad. Guy has also showcased Australia’s culinary excellence as a guest chef for Gala Events at G’day USA on several occasions.
