Born and bred in WA, Cameron Jones is passionate about using local and native ingredients. His focus is on presenting powerful flavours with toned back plating to ensure the diner gets a unique and enjoyable experience.
Starting as Pastry Chef in 2012 under award-winning Chef and Red Cabbage owner Scott O’Sullivan, Cam worked his way through the ranks to become Head Chef, teaching his team that is important to remain passionate about their craft by constantly challenging themselves.
In 2016, Cam was a finalist in the Electrolux Appetite for Excellence Awards, competing against some of Australia’s most talented young chefs.
Cam believes that the WA food scene is unique and loves being a part of it, leading Red Cabbage to the #5 spot in Perth’s Top 50 Restaurants in 2017.
