Blending her cultural knowledge with a contemporary refined flare to create memorable moments on the plate is Ashleigh Pattison’s favourite thing to do.

A young chef with a lifelong passion for cooking, Ashleigh’s childhood memories are of tables laden with the colour and smells of different countries, with much loved dishes passed on from one generation to the next.

Her love of articulate refined cooking and beautifully plated food has led her to work under some of the world’s best Chefs, including training under the Captain of The Australian Culinary Olympic team for several years and working at two Michelin star Restaurant in Brazil, before returning to Perth in 2015, where she passes her skills on to a new generation of chefs in her role as a trainer with HGT and runs her own business, Degustation & Private Chef.
